Become a Governor of Medway NHS Foundation Trust & make a difference

16-Jun-2020

Governors reflect members' interests and work on their behalf to improve services by providing an important link between the Trust and the local community.

The Trust have five Public Governor posts available - two in Medway, two in Swale and one for the Rest of England and Wales, and three Staff Governor posts.

The nomination process opens on 30 June 2020 and the deadline for completed nomination forms is 5pm on 28 July 2020.

They will be holding an informal session on 16 July 2020 from 12.45pm to 1.45pm. This will take place as a virtual meeting as all our meetings with Governors are taking place virtually at the current time, and they are not expected to come on site. This will be an opportunity to speak with the Chair and some current Governors and find out first-hand what being a Governor would involve.

If you are interested in standing as a Governor and would like to know more, or would like to book to attend the informal session, do email the Membership Office met-tr.members-medway@nhs.net or call on 01634 825292.
