Coming Soon - Employability, Skills and Enterprise funding from KCF

Applications are being taken for funding from Kent Community Foundation (KCF), to help projects that work to make a difference to the lives of people who are far from the labour market.

Employability, Skills and Enterprise funding from KCF can provide grants of up to £5,000 to organisations or projects that raise the aspirations and increase the skills and opportunities of people that experience challenging circumstance or barriers preventing them from employment.

This can include young people/NEETs, young parents, ex-offenders, ex-forces, those with financial barriers to gaining training, and those with learning disabilities, mental health issues or physical disabilities.

The Foundation is particularly interested in hearing from projects that are volunteer-led, or projects that make good use of volunteers to support their work, and initiatives that are rooted within the local community and led by local people responding to local need.

The scheme should be considered as a Continuous Rolling Program, and where the last period for applications was in February further dates are be announced later in the season.

For more information and how to apply, visit the KCF website.
