Sharing Best Practice with Chase.livestream this September

Chase.livestream's new virtual format will be broadcast over three mornings, allowing delegates, participant and visitors to connect from anywhere - and it's FREE to attend for any leaders, directors, trustees, non-executive directors, heads and managers of any non-profit organisation.

Presented over 3 mornings in September, chase.livestream is a new virtual format where professionals from charities, associations, membership bodies and other non-profits (NFP) can come together to share best practice through peer-to-peer learning, real-life examples and plenty of networking opportunities.

Hart Square, the organisers of chase.livestream, says the programmes will be based around the four cornerstones of any NFP organisation's strategy - Digital, Leadership, Culture and Innovation.

By adapting to these changing times, the organisers have made the programme virtual and flexible and arranged it over 3 mornings. Here are some of the agenda's digital highlights:

Why technology alone won’t secure your digital fundraising future - 8th September 2020

Co-hosted by Alan Perestrello, Co-founder & Director at Trillium, the morning will explore how one company’s approach to digital had enabled them to combat the impact of Covid-19. The event also explores investing in other abilities other than technology to prepare you for the future.

3 critical tips for launching new tech during lockdown - 9th September 2020

Hosted by Jacqui Lowe, Grants and Operations Manager for Comic Relief, the morning examines how the group she works with and their partners were still able to deliver a new service in light of the pandemic.

Retention starts with hello – 5 steps to optimise the post donation experience - 10th September 2020

Hosted by Gavin Laugenie, Head of Strategy & Insight at Dotdigital, this morning looks to provide insight into making the most of the ‘post donation experience’, providing action points to make sure organisations can retain their donors, their supporters, and even volunteers.

The organisers say Chase.livestream is FREE to attend for any leaders, directors, trustees, non-executive directors, heads and managers of any non-profit organisation, including associations, professional bodies, trade associations, public sector organisations, local authorities and educational organisations.
