Deadline extended for 2017 Charity Times Awards

21-Jun-2017

Organisations wishing to enter the 2017 Charity Times Awards will have extra time to do so now the deadline for entries has been extended to 23 June.

Now in their 18th year, the Charity Times Awards are free to enter.

To reward excellence across almost 30 categories, The Awards are designed to recognise the best individual charities, along with specific areas including community involvement, corporate partnerships, fundraising, campaigning, use of technology, and much more.

The range of categories also recognises the contribution that the services provided by corporates make to a healthy and effective charity sector.

The move is in response to the hundreds of entries that flooded in before last week's deadline: Many organisations requested more time to prepare their applications and will now have until 23rd June 2017.

The sentiment from Charity Times is that the ceremony reached capacity last year, and this year will be held at the Park Plaza Hotel at Westminster Bridge in London.

For more information, and how to enter, visit the Charity Times Award website.
