For Innovative Gardening Projects – The 2017 English Garden Future Fund
13-Jul-2017
Applications are being taken by the English Garden Future Fund to reward projects that will inspire gardeners and promote horticulture.
The English Garden Future Fund operates as an annual bursary programme, rewarding projects that will inspire gardeners and promote horticulture in the UK.
Each year, the English Garden Magazine awards one recipient to help fund or part-fund an innovative project, initiative, event, product, idea, research or development.
For this year’s competition, entrants are asked to design a small back garden for a middle-aged couple with no children, living a terraced house.
When designing the garden, entrants are asked to consider how it will link to the surrounding environment.
Entrants are asked to produce both a plan and a 3D drawing to help communicate their ideas, and list on the plan the choice of hard landscaping materials and plants.
To take part, applicants can post their entries to:

Chelsea SW3 3TQ
Applicants can also send their entry by email to theenglishgarden@chelseamagazines.com or
The closing date for entries is 7th August 2017.
