Opportunity to get Involved in the ASPIRE Project from MCH

Are any of your service users looking to explore new ways to improve their wellbeing, manage weight and develop employment potential?

ASPIRE is a new programme that will support people in Medway to make healthier lifestyle choices and improve their wellbeing and employability.

Medway Community Health (MCH) are looking for local people to build the ASPIRE programme with them, by lending their voice, their experience and insight to get this right.

MCH are asking for people who live in Medway, be over their ideal weight, and be over 18 years of age and not in paid work or full-time education.

Would you like to explore new ways to improve your wellbeing, manage your weight and develop employment potential?

In return for building the ASPIRE project with MCH, they are offering participant’s a £60 shopping voucher of their choice for getting involved in 3 focus groups.
