Medway Safeguarding Children Board (MSCB) has recently released their Mid-Spring Bulletin, providing news of the work and events within MSCB.

Based in Chatham, Medway Safeguarding Children Board (MSCB) is the statutory multi-agency organisation that works to help make sure that children are safeguarded properly by agencies working effectively together.

Their membership includes senior representatives from Medway Council, all Medway health bodies, Kent Police, Medway schools, voluntary organisations, and many others.

They have recently published their latest issue of their MSCB Bulletin, which showcases the work and events within The Board.

Highlights include details of the work carried out by Medway Active Recovery Service (MARS), one the various services hosted by Turning Point, part of a national enterprise working to provide social care and health services to local people; plus an update of the various learning and development opportunities available through MSCB, including Child Protection Refresher Training being delivered in May 2019.

The Mid-Spring Bulletin for 2019, as well as previous issues, is available to download NOW from the MSCB website.
