Live Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Repeat – Triforyou from A Better Medway

A series of new services have started in Medway designed for families and young people to help them make healthy lifestyle changes together.

Triforyou is a new service recently started in Medway. They are local support for children and families to live happy, eat well and move more with a smile!

The local Triforyou team offer people the chance to find out more on topics such as growing your own food, cooking up delicious affordable meals, family games, dealing with cravings and much, much more.

Triforyou say that through their local services they can help people make every-day simple changes for a healthier lifestyle; and make those changes stick!

People who take part can choose from a variety of ways to help make those changes: whether at home or on-line; or by joining their club or learning a new skill.

To take part, you can book on to their new range of Tri courses;

Tri@home is designed for families who want to make changes to their lifestyle at home – together.

Triclub is designed for families working together to find out more about eating healthier, moving more and changing habits.
