Money Savings Drop-in Sessions Launching in Strood, April 2019



Local organisation DOMEG, working with MVA, are hosting a season of drop-in sessions designed to help people make the most of their money.

DOM Education Group (DOMEG) provide Financial Capability, Employability and Life Skills Programmes to schools, colleges, universities, sports, housing and private sectors – they work to unlock the potential every individual has and give every person the life skills needed to build resilience and confidence.

DOMEG are hosting FREE Drop-in Sessions for anyone to help them find out how to save money on their bills and living costs. They will be holding stands with information and can help people with a range of money topics, including:

  • Increase income and reduce outgoings
  • Banking and Savings
  • Getting more for your money
  • Housing options and benefits
  • Debt Support/Prevention

As well as providing a Money Matters Q & A, their friendly drop-in sessions are designed to help people manage and plan their financial future and discuss any money worries.

DOMEG’s Money Saving Sessions are will be available on First Thursday of the Month, from 10am till 12pm at Strood children and Family Hub, Clifton Close in Strood ME2 2HG
