Redesigning Outpatients in Medway and Swale – Urology Services Workshop, May 2019

03-May-2019

Medway and Swale NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and Medway Foundation Trust continue their work to improve outpatients’ facilities and are asking for your help to do this.

Do you use urology services?

Do you care for anyone who attends urology outpatients appointments?

Do you work on the frontline of delivering these services?

As part of their continued work towards the redesign of services in Medway and Swale – also known as the Medway ModelMedway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Swale CCG and Medway Foundation Trust are inviting residents of Medway and Swale to a workshop on Urology Services.

The workshop will be held at Avenue Tennis, Featherby Road in Gillingham on Tuesday 8th May 2019, from 6:00pm – 8:30pm.

The CCG advises this co-design event will bring together people who use services and their family carers with clinical staff and NHS commissioners, and ask you secure a place at the workshop by registering through their Eventbrite portal.

For more information and how to book, visit the CCG website. For any queries about the events or about the redesign you can contact Medway CCG at medway.communications@nhs.net.
