The Free Property Advice Programme from LandAid, September 2019

13-Sep-2019

Property industry charity LandAid has launched a programme which matches charities in need of advice about their building and property concerns with property professionals from their network of specialists.

For over 30 years, LandAid has worked to bring businesses and individuals from across the property industry together to achieve lasting change.

They support charities that deliver services for young people that are or have been homeless, or those who are at risk of homelessness. With the help of their worthwhile network of partners within the industry, they invest the funding and expertise where it can accomplish long-lasting benefit.

The Free Property Advice Programme from landAid is part of the many services they provide to help support charities with their work.

Many not-for profit organisations will often lack the time, the expertise or experience they need to manage, maintain and improve their buildings; and this is where LandAid's Free Property Advice Programme can help.

LandAid can arrange for skilled property professionals from their network of supporters to give free property expertise to not-for profit organisations in the UK who provide support to disadvantaged young people, families and communities, including those experiencing homelessness.

The programme is open to registered charities, social enterprise and community groups, or any other not-for profit organisations that work in the UK to support young people, families and communities, those that are socially excluded, or those experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.

LandAid can also help with other building concerns such as premise searches, negotiating leases, maintenance and refurbishment activities, Planning advice and guidance through particular activities of a building project and other property related work.

For more information about the Programme, you can contact LandAid on 020 3102 7190, by email at enquiries@landaid.org, or visit the website.
