The Way Ahead – Social Prescribing Conference, September 2017

Red Zebra are offering stakeholders a second opportunity to come together and develop ideas identified at the first event and begin detailed action planning.

Following on from the success of its first conference in July 2017, this event will provide an opportunity to create solutions that will make sense locally.

This event will again look to bring together colleagues from across statutory and voluntary sectors to explore how social prescribing can be put in place on a local level, and identify ways in which alliances and partnerships can collaborate to build healthier communities.

This second Social Prescribing Conference will be taking place at Riverside Church, Thanet Way, Whitstable, between 9.30am and 4.30pm, on Friday 29th September 2017.
