Training Courses for Professionals Working with Children Available from KSCB


The Kent Safeguarding Children Board offer a variety of free multi-agency training courses for all professionals working with children and young people in Kent.

The Kent Safeguarding Children Board (KSCB) work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in the Kent region. They do this through defining and setting the performance, procedures and the long-term plans of what may be expected from various board members.

There are various members on the board each representing an agency or organisation responsible for child protection arrangements in Kent, members include;

As part of the work they do, they can provide a range training courses through various forms, from refresher and e-Learning, through to bespoke and specific Train the Trainer courses, each one designed to continue the development of any professional working with children and young people, and their Training Tree can help professionals decide which of the courses is appropriate.
