Vacancy - Business Development and Research Manager at CXK


CXK are now taking applications for an exciting new job opportunity to help with Groups’ bids, grants and tenders.

CXK are a charitable organisation that delivers a range of services across the South East to help young people and families to make the most of their potential. They focus on providing them with advice, guidance, skills and the confidence to help them to progress into education, employment and training.

CXK are currently seeking a highly motivated and target driven individual to join their Business Development Team.

Based at their offices in Ashford, the successful candidate will have inclusive responsibility to lead on the scoping evaluation, production and preparation of bids and tenders for the organisation. This would also include managing the information flow of bids.

The main duty of the role is to identify opportunities and to make sure additional funding or revenue opportunities are available for the Group.

This will include all stages of the tendering and production of business case processes; from the beginning of the bid, or Expression of Interest, through to making sure of the eligibility of the group, or Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s); as well as Framework Agreements, full tenders and presentations.

Previous experience of dealing with large scale and complex bids of high net worth is essential to this role.
