Vacancy - Young Persons Outreach Worker at Choices


Applications are now being taken for the available post of Young Person Outreach Worker at Choices based in North West Kent.

Formerly known as North Kent Women’s Aid, Choices are an independent registered charity who offers a range of specialist domestic abuse services to communities across North & West Kent and Medway. They are currently looking to fill the post of young Persons Outreach Worker.

The outreach service involves one to one and group work in North and West Kent. Mainly working in schools, you will be required to provide in depth support to young people, aged 11 to 18 years of age, who have experienced trauma related to domestic abuse. You will also be required to deliver a healthy relationship programme to students.

All successful applicants will be expected to provide an efficient, confidential and professional service; and an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for these roles.

Choices ask that any applicant do have of a full driving licence and access to their own transport.
