
Course Description
1 in 4 people have experienced mental health problems at some stage in their lives. Previously delivered as part of the Fortis Mental Health project with Medway Council, this programme is designed for people who experience mild/moderate mental health. This wellbeing programme is made up of five support sessions, each designed to provide you with awareness and skills to lead you towards greater mindfulness and more balanced
perspectives.
Each session is 3.5 hours in duration, and will include a bite-size guided session on that week’s theme, alongside reflective and creative activities and an opportunity to chat with fellow participants.
