Our compliance courses aim to provide your organisation with quality training to enable employees to expand their knowledge and skills, and enable them to work safely and effectively. We offer courses such as First Aid, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Food Safety and Safeguarding to allow employees to abide by company policies and procedures and the legalities around these topics.

Courses range from everything you need to start your organisation such as writing policies and procedures, to the role of trustees and training staff to move up to a supervisor/ management role. These courses allow organisations to ensure that employees are being inclusive and can raise awareness to some disabilities and conditions. Some of these courses are Understanding ADHD, Understanding Autism Part 1 & 2 and Pre-school Specific, Managing Challenging Behaviour and Diabetes, Epilepsy and Dementia Awareness Training.
These courses have been developed to assist your organisation to raise funds from different sources in a variety of ways. Our Personal/ Staff Development courses provide the opportunity for individuals to work on skills such as Building Confidence, Assertiveness, Managing Volunteers and Lone Working. We offer development opportunities such as Minute Taking Skills and Good Customer Service also.
