Have Your Say - COVID Children's Health Survey from Medway Public Health, September 2020

Medway NHS is carrying out a survey to find out about the public’s recent experience of local children’s services and they would like YOU to help.

Children and young people have been experiencing and feeling the impact of COVID-19 in many different ways; changes to their education, staying home with families, changes to the way health services support them, even changes to their emotional health and wellbeing are just a few of the many things that young people might have encountered during these challenging times.

Whilst local NHS services and their partners have been working hard responding to the coronavirus, keeping regular services running where possible, they would like to hear from people about their experiences of those changes in light of the pandemic, so that they can identify anything good that came from these changes, as well as any issues or concerns that need to be considered as the services move forward.

Click here to take part in the survey and have your say.

At the time of writing, Medway NHS has EXTENDED the survey deadline till the 18th September 2020, so there is still time to take part
